Mel
Gill, who passed away in April and to whom this year's Challenge is dedicated,
was a most knowledgeable ambassador for crochet as well as a staunch member of
this group.
She was also an ardent advocate throughout the years of the whole
idea of our Annual Challenge, so it is a great sadness that she will not be
sharing our joy and excitement at its revelation this time.
Let us be sure to
nurture her legacy.
